Dear Aunt Bessie,I am sad to hear of Uncle Lester's passing away. Like my sister Ashley, I will never forget the time we were able to spend with you and Uncle Lester at your home in FL. I remember you and Uncle Lester telling us shortly after Ashley and I jumped into the water of the river that there were gators in there. Ashley and I were afraid, clinging onto the floaties provided by you and Uncle Lester-- but we would not get out! Uncle Lester and as many of the brothers do, reminds me of my Grammpy Frank. He will always be close in my heart though we did not see each other as much as I wish we could have. I love you both and we will always remember our Uncle Lester. 🌹❤️️

Lester was an amazing person.  He and Bessie brought light into my life just when I needed it.  I have never met a couple who showed kindness and a giving spirit all the time.  I will miss my buddy and my kiss on the cheek at church every sunday.  Heaven just got richer, and we just a bit poorer.  I'll see you again Lester one day when the Lord calls me home.  All My love, thoughts and prayers to his family.

Aunt Bessie,It's been a long time since we last talked, I think 13 years. But I have always remembered you and Uncle Lester. I will always have the memory of visiting you and him in Florida and playing in the river behind your house, seeing and touching manatees and of course the famous house elevator. Even though we haven't had many opportunities to visit since, you and Uncle Lester have always held a special place in my heart. I think I will remember Uncle Lesters humor the most.
