Margaret Ann Shepherd

SHEPHERD, Margaret Ann, age 66, of Brooksville, FL died Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Bayfront Health Brooksville.  Born in Indianapolis, IN, she came here 40 years ago from Kentucky. She was a secretary in the trucking industry, member of Gulf Ridge Park Baptist Church, Brooksville Moose Lodge and also worked as a preschool teacher.  Margaret is survived by her husband of 43 years: Willie; daughter: Sheryl Gillespie of Brooksville, FL; brothers: Kenneth Pierce of Kentucky; Tony Peyton of Brooksville, FL; Dennis Childress of Indiana; sisters: Maxie Aldridge of Indiana; Tami Wagner and Charlotte Ogburn, both of Idaho;  grandchildren: William and Heather; great-grandchildren: Jaylee and Scott, Jr. Visitation for friends will be 4 - 6pm, Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel.  Funeral Services will be conducted 12:00pm, Friday, February 7, 2014 at Gulf Ridge Park Baptist Church.  Interment will follow at Brooksville Cemetery.
