She was born September 7, 1943 in Hernando County, Florida. Before residing in Greenville, Marjorie moved from Brooksville to Louisiana in 1963 with her beloved husband of 51 years, Ronnie Winford Smith.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie W. Smith. She is survived by her daughters, Lorri Smith of Clinton, Louisiana and Melissa Phillips of Greenville, North Carolina; grandson, Randall Wright; great-grandchild, Adalynn Wright.
A Visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00-3:00pm, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel. A Graveside Service will follow at 3:30pm at Brooksville Cemetery, with Pastor Bob Hope officiating.
