He was born July 19, 1947 in Brooksville, Florida and was a lifelong resident. He served in the United States Navy, worked as a welder, and was of the Methodist faith.
He is survived by his mother: Janice Westmoreland of Brooksville, Florida; son: Michael Westmoreland; daughter: Tracey Westmoreland; sisters and brothers-in-law: Gene and Thomas Young of Brooksville, Florida & Peggy Mae Westmoreland and Stephen Peterson of Sanoma, California; two grandchildren, David & Christopher; great-grandchildren.
