She was born in Ada, Oklahoma on May 12, 1957 and came to this area 33 years ago from Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her son, John Kimer; daughters, Shanna Rider of Norman, Oklahoma, Darla Kimer; brother, Darrell Hampton of Oklahoma; sisters, Vicky Pond of Oklahoma, Amanda Weaver of Texas; seven grandchildren including, Christina Rider, Alice Laterra, Lexi Harris; three great-grandchildren.
