Predeceased by son Nicky: she is survived by husband of 42 years: Jerry of Brooksville, FL; son: Gabriel; stepson: Gregory; daughter: Angelique; step-daughter: Renee; brother: James Slagle; sisters: Linda, Cindy and Mary Jane; 6 grandchildren: Kaylee, Tyler, Gabriel, Christian, Leslie, Ashley.
