CARUSO, Peter J., age 85 of Spring Hill passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at his home. He came to this area in 1994 from his native Brooklyn, NY. He was a textile worker and a WW II U.S. Army Veteran. Survivors include his wife: Yolanda; sons: Frank Caruso of Queens, NY, Charles Caruso of Parlin, NJ & Peter Caruso of Spring Hill, FL; daughters: Cathy Ruggero of Queens, NY & Margaret Sessa of Spring Hill, FL; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 2-4pm and 6-8pm Sunday, May 5, 2013 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel. A funeral mass will be conducted 9:30am Monday, May 6, 2013 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
