He was born August 31, 1953 and was a lifelong resident of Brooksville, Florida.
He is survived by his wife: Starla Runge; children: Jessica (Juan) Torres, Brentcie Carter, Kyle (Leanna) Runge, Kaleena (Charles) Strange, Kerri Runge; six grandchildren: Sidney Jones, Adrianne Mason, Taylor Carter, Lauren Carter, Abigale Carter, Marilyn Strange.
A Memorial Service will be held 4:00pm, Friday, September 29, 2017 at First United Methodist Church, with Pastor Edd Denton officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Red Cross.
