HEMMINGWAY, Richard Earl, 85, of Brooksville, FL, died Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Bayfront Health-Brooksville. He was born in Hattiesburg, MS and came to the area 17 years ago from Tampa. He was a retired U.S. Marine Corps. veteran of the Vietnam War, having achieved the rank of LtCol, and owner of Hemmingway & Associates Accounting. He was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Tampa. He is survived by his wife: Ruth of Brooksville, FL; daughters: Susan Hemmingway and Nancy Ellen Watkins, both of Tampa, FL; sister: Gay Jeffery of New Port Richey, FL; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. Services will be private.
