Richard “Dick” Lee Metz was born in the year 1937 in Maryland to Olive & Roy Metz. Dick and his wife, Nedra Metz, shared 40 years of marriage together. He worked 30+ years as a meat cutter in the Hagerstown, Maryland area with Grand Union and other local grocers.
Dick is preceded in death by his parents, Olive Metz and Roy L. Metz. He is survived by his wife, Nedra of Florida; his two sons, Todd (Amy) of South Carolina and Duane (Melody) of Ohio; his daughter, Connie (Steve) of Florida; as well as his grandchildren, AJ, Sydney, Luke, Ashley, Abby, and Katie; his twelve great-grandchildren; and his faithful canine companion, Max.
