Born June 7, 1942 in New York City, New York, he came to this area in 1986 from Cooperstown, New York. He was a New York City Police Officer, and member of the Police Benevolent Association.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Earline, and his second wife, Janet. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Christopher & Christine Miller of Tampa, Florida, Richard “Rick” & Laura Miller of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and Glenn Miller of Tampa, Florida; daughter and son-in-law: Karen & Mark Kelley of Spring Hill, Florida; stepson: Gary Collins of Tampa, Florida; sister: Barbara Schlottman of Sydney, New York; and seven grandchildren.
