ROBBINS, JR., Richard Rowe, age 68, of Brooksville, FL, died Thursday, August 27, 2015. He was born in Norway, Maine and came to the area 20 years ago from New Hampshire. He retired as Chief of Police with the Hillsborough New Hampshire Police Department and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by wife: Jacqueline Robbins of Brooksville, FL; sons: Richard Robbins, III of Windsor, NH; Christopher and Jason Hohman, both of Brooksville, FL; daughter: Jodi Robbins of Pilot Mountain, NC; father: Richard Rowe Robbins, Sr.; mother: Marilyn Robbins, both of Pompano, Beach, FL; brother: David Robbins of Pittston, PA; 12 grandchildren. A memorial service with military honors will be conducted at 11:00am, Friday, October 9, 2015 at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
