SPENCER, Richard E., age 43, of Spring Hill, Florida died Thursday, January 5, 2017 at HPH Hospice Care Center. He was born in Lincoln, Maine and came to the area 15 years ago from Sarasota, FL. He was an aircraft mechanic for Bay Flight and a U.S. Marine Corps. veteran. He is survived by son: Shae Scott Spencer of Spring Hill, FL; parents: Winfield and Nancy Spencer of Lagrange, Maine; sister: Esther Joy Spencer of Howland, Maine.
