

He was born March 1, 1935 in Allegan, Michigan, the oldest of five boys and came to the area 15 years ago from Gaylord, Michigan. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and was employed in marketing in the public utility industry. He enjoyed golf and downhill skiing and was the president and travel chairman of Detroit Metro Ski Club, president of Beverly Hills, Michigan Lions Club, was a member of Jaycee's, the Timber Pines Veterans Club, and lifetime member of the Elk's.
He is survived by his wife: Gillian Gregersen of Timber Pines, Florida; son: Scott Gregersen of Jacksonville, North Carolina; daughter and son-in-law: Nancy and James Flynn of The Woodlands, Texas; stepson: Anthony Lapain of St. Petersburg, Florida; stepdaughter and son-in-law: Denise and Bryan Dorie of Michigan; brothers: David Gregersen of Muskegon, Michigan and Steven Gregersen of Timber Pines, Florida; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
