I had the pleasure of meeting Bob through my wife Julie who worked with Jill.  When our wives had to work at the SEMA show in Las Vegas Bob and I would tag along.  The girls would go to work and Bob and I would go to play, and play we did.  He was a fun guy. I will so miss spending time with him and enjoying all his humor and jokes.  Wayne Molner

We were deeply saddened to learn of Bobs passing.  He was one of the nicest guys Ive ever known and probably the funniest. We always looked forward to our time spent with Bob and Jill. I am so glad we were able to visit this past April, especially after not being able to last year. Our hearts go out to you, Jill, and all the family.  Bob will be missed by many.

David we shared a lot of meals together when you lived near us in Beverly Hills, Our homes were more lovely than I could have made them due to your decorating advise.  We sometimes had to twist Bob's arm to go along with the decorating.  He loved his brothers very much.

We couldn't have asked for better friends and traveling companions.  We have been on a lot of adventures together.  You were both my rocks in the last few weeks.  And always there for us during the years of Dementia.

I am so thankful for the 37 years Bob, and I were together, Married for almost 34 years.  Bob was such a great guy.  He volunteered in so many clubs and gave gallons of blood. He was always helping our neighbors in Michigan. He was my best friend, and he always took care of me. My family all loved him.  He will be missed by them all.  I will remember him as the loving caring man he was before this terrible disease took hold of him.  I love you my darling.

I met Bob 40 years ago at a ski/social club in Troy, Mi, which had great influence in our lives as they evolved. Much of the activity in the club was organizing bus trips to to nearby ski resorts, and at 630 pm on Friday the "loaded" bus would head out with Bob at the mike telling jokes for the next 4 hours. When he took a break from the jokes he would wander  the aisle giving neck massages, a favorite at these and most other club events. Bob didn't have to entertain on the return trip as the group, including Bob, were trying to recover  from excesses. Those trips were a lot of FUN.A direct result of these trips was Bob  met and fell in love with his life companion, JILL  At much the same time I met and fell in love with LOIS, my life companion, the ladies were friends, Bob and I were friends, and thus began a35 year enduring/intensifying friendship that took us on many adventures.Bob had good math skills, had superb card sense, and was a great player, did Sudoko, crosswords with great fervor, and other puzzles.  He was an avid reader of Old West novels,There are so so many anecdotes and adventures untold and therefor saved for future reminiscence.I am honored and blessed to  have had Bob accept me into his life, and deeply saddened by his demise.Bobby G, gone but NEVER forgotten

Robert loved being the big brother. Always first to volunteer his time to help charities, friends and family. He was kind and generous to a fault.  Occasionally his explosive temper would erupt but the humor of it always won the moment. He was very direct with his opinions and actions. One example was how he would set down any object so forcefully as if he was telling it to stay there. It was hilarious except when it was something fragile.  He was quick to tell stories on himself If he thought it would get a laugh. I often got a call from Robert asking me to share whatever great meal he was taking out of the oven. I always answered yes but more than once he'd started laughing and say he could hear me putting my dinner away.  If asked which Muppet he was most like it would be animal. He always made me feel loved and always made me laugh.

Bob in the prime of his life was just so much fun to be around.  I so enjoyed it when Jill would invite David and I to dinner.   We got to see the latest house project progress.  Share a ton of laughs, and definitely enjoy a delicious home cooked meal.  His joke telling was legendary.  He loved his wife deeply and cherished his family.
