Robert Hugh Hood

He was born July 17, 1939 in Queens, New York and came to the area 20 years ago from Manhattan, New York.  He was a marketing executive in the pharmaceutical industry and a parishioner of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Denise Hood and his daughter, Deborah Riccardi.  He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Donna & Andrew Crecca of Hauppauge, New York and Diane & Pat DeAngelis of New Hope Pennsylvania; son-in-law, Michael Riccardi of Salisbury, North Carolina; significant other, Linda Pipkin of Spring Hill, Florida; sisters-in-law, Barbara Tully of Queens, New York and Judy Tully of Hampton Bays, New York; grandchildren, Alexandra, Marisa, Michael, and Andrew. 

A Visitation for family and friends will be held from 3:00-5:00pm, Friday, November 6, 2020 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am, Saturday, November 7, 2020 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HPH Hospice Care Center.
