He was born on January 21, 1939 to Hermon & Bertha Simard in Lynn, Massachusetts. Robert proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corps. In 1999, Robert married Frances Montgomery in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Robert will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
