He was born April 7, 1940 in Akron, Ohio and came to Brooksville from Gowers Corner, Florida. He was a heavy equipment operator by trade.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy Ann Phillips, who he was married to for just shy of 39 years. He is survived by his children, Garth Mull, Floyd Mull, and David Mull, of Brooksville, Florida; daughters, Toni Bateman of Scottsburg, Indiana, Janey Anderson of Spring Hill, Florida, Melinda Baker of Salem, Indiana, Julie Short of Spring Hill, Florida, and Judy Speach of Wesley Chapel, Florida; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
