She was born May 31, 1925 in Syracuse, New York to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Edward “Eddy” and Lonabell (Yops) Garno. She was employed at General Electric until moving to this area 37 years ago. She was a member of the Hernando County Old Car Club.
She is survived by daughter: Joanne Berger of Brooksville, FL; grandchildren: Anthony Berger, Mark Berger, Leah Covell, Michelle Roach; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, John and daughter, Sandra Roach.
Burial took place at Florida National Cemetery.
