He was born September 21, 1939 in San Antonio, Texas and came to Brooksville nine years ago from Orange Springs, Florida. He worked as a line supervisor for Bertram Yachts for 13 years.
He is survived by his three brothers, Robert Mitchell of Brooksville, Florida, Ronald Mitchell of Lake George, Florida, and James Mitchell of Brooksville, Florida.
