He was born September 7, 1966 in Southwick, Massachusetts and was an assistant manager with NAPA Auto Parts.
He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Circosta and his mother, Irene Conklin Circosta. He is survived by his brother: Kenneth J. Brown and his wife, Peggy Thompson of Newington, Connecticut; sister and brother-in-law: Lynne L. & Elliott Kravitt of Columbia, Connecticut; his niece and her husband: Jennifer & Todd Andro; his nephew and his wife: Kenneth J. Jr. & Michelle Brown; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
