She was born November 1, 1976 in Dade City, Florida and was a lifelong resident of Brooksville, Florida. She was a wire cutter in the electronic medical equipment manufacturing industry and was employed with CMI in Brooksville, Florida. She was Pentacostal by faith and took joy and was a dedicated caregiver to her son.
She is survived by her son: David Codey Horn of Masaryktown, Florida; her parents: Gary W. and Donna M. Smith, both of Brooksville, Florida.
A visitation for family and friends will be from 10:00am to 11:00am, Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, where funeral services will begin at 11:00am, with Pastor Jack Dunn officiating. Interment will follow at Brooksville Cemetery.
