He was born October 16, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan and came to Brooksville 41 years ago from Tampa, Florida. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and worked as a real estate agent.
He is preceded in death by his former wife, Deanne LaBarr and his son, Cheston. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Lori & Jamie Sowers of Brooksville, Florida; mother, Esther LaBarr of Spring Hill, Florida; brothers, Richard Labarre, Craig Burnham, Rex Burnham and Alan Burnham; grandson, Brandon Sowers of Brooksville, Florida.
