Timothy A. Lownsbury

He was born May 27, 1948 in Albany, New York and came to this area seven years ago from Chittenango, New York.  He proudly served as Sargent in the United States Marine Corps.  He later drove for CF Motor Freight, was a member of VFW Post #8681, and was of the Catholic faith.    

He is survived by his wife: Judith Lownsbury; sons and daughter-in-law: Timothy & Dorianne Lownsbury of Palm Bay, Florida and Brian Lownsbury of Malone, New York; daughter and son-in-law: Bonnie & Richard Matthews of Canastota, New York; brothers and sisters-in-law: Mark & Karen Lownsbury of St. Petersburg, Florida, Earl & Marybeth Lownsbury of Largo, Florida, Richard & Cathy Lownsbury of Biloxi, Mississippi, Chase & Bonnie Lownsbury of Georgia, Jeff & Brenda Lownsbury of Tampa, Florida; grandchildren: Dameon James Matthews, Michael A. Matthews, Kimberly M. Matthews and Daniel T. Lownsbury.

Visitation for family and friends will be 4:00-7:00pm, Friday, January 12, 2018 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel.  A Graveside Service will take place 11:30am, Friday, January 19, 2018 at Florida National Cemetery with Military Honors.
