Ulvert Harrison ""Harry"" Stewart

STEWART, Ulvert Harrison “Harry”, age 89 of Brooksville, died Sat., June 19, 2010 at HPH Hospice Care Center. Born in Alpoca, WV he came here 51 years ago from Gilbert, WV. He was a farmer, former member of the Hernando County Republican Committee & the Istachatta Parks and Recreation Committee and member of Eden Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Mary Langworthy Stewart; son: David (Jean) of Brooksville; daughters: Linda (John) Ryan of South Point, OH, Sue (Wendell) Garner & Debbie Stewart both of Orlando, Peggy (Bob) Frye of Lebanon, TN and Melinda (Bill) Hickerson of Greeneville, TN; 13 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and One Great Great Grandchild. Visitation for friends will be 5 – 7pm, Tue., June 22, 2010 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00am, Wed., June 23, 2010 at the Eden Baptist Church with Pastor Damont Drake officiating. Interment will follow at Lake Lindsey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to HPH Hospice.
