

Vincent, affectionately known as “Vince” or “Vinny,” was born on February 14, 1991, in Marquette, Michigan to David Morin and Deanna Tendrup. Vince married Katherine Thomas in Toledo, Ohio on November 21, 2012.
Vince proudly served our country in the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant and was sent to Afghanistan and Iraq. He was a decorated veteran, receiving an Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with three Campaign Stars, Non Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, NATO Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge, Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, and a Driver & Mechanic Badge. Vince was a highly respected and loved Staff Sergeant, and he will be missed dearly by his family, friends, and fellow servicemen.
Vincent Tyler Morin's life was a shining example of courage, leadership, and devotion. He was a remarkable husband, soldier, and child of God. His unwavering faith and love for his country inspired countless lives. As a genuine gentleman with a heart of gold, he consistently demonstrated remarkable patience and integrity. Vincent's ability to bring joy and pride to those around him was a testament to his extraordinary spirit.
Vince is survived by his wife, Katherine Morin; his father, David Morin; his mother, Deanna Tendrup; grandmother, Bonnie Morin; and sister, Samantha Morin; as well as his beloved dog, Benji Morin.

A Visitation gathering for Vince will be held from 11:00am-12:00pm on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Merritt Funeral Home Brooksville (2 South Lemon Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601), where Memorial Services begin at 12:00pm. A Committal Service with military honors will occur Friday, May 30, 2025 at 2:00pm at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513).
