Born November 13, 1938 in Brooksville, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Romie (Daniel) Mackenzie. She settled in Palm Coast 14 years ago from Homosassa, Florida. She was a retired teacher and a member of St. John Episcopal Church in Brooksville.
She is survived by her husband, Herman Vidal; her daughters, MacKenzie Heard of Kentucky, Laura A. Bass of Alachua, Florida and Kendra L. Yates of Dunwoody, Georgia; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 11am, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Brooksville Cemetery, with Reverend David Hope officiating.
