Alvin D. Noel

Alvin D. Noel, 86, of Brunswick, passed away Tuesday, February 05, 2013 at his residence. A funeral service will be held Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 11AM in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Lamb officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Saxton, PA.

Alvin was born to the late Dewey and Ada Noel in Saxton, PA on November 14, 1926. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for 20 years. He was of the Methodist faith.

Alvin is preceded in death by his wife: Dorothy Jean Noel and his parents. He is survived by his children: Jimmie Bryan Noel (Sarah) of Brunswick; Allan Douglas Noel, Keith Gregory Noel and Carol Jean Noel, all of Waycross, GA; four grandchildren: Melissa, Amber, Adam and Gregory, all of Waycross and several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Heartland Hospice, 122 Scranton Road, Brunswick, GA 31525.
