Mr. Patel was a native of India and had been a resident of Brunswick since 1986. He was employed as Motel Manager for the Oleander Motel in Brunswick.
Survivors are his wife, Loxmi Patel of Brunswick, two sons, Kamal Patel of Macon, Ga., and Jayesh Patel of Savannah, TN., two daughters, Mita Patel of Houston, Texas and Kusum Patel of Lexington, TN., nine grandchildren and three sisters.
Services will be held at 10:30 AM Sunday in the Chapel of the Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with a prayer service on Saturday at 7 PM in the Funeral Home.
