Tracy was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to parents Ray Arnold Cloer and Ramona Bonner Cloer. He was a 2009 graduate of Glynn Academy where he participated in the ROTC and raised money for the Toys for Tots charity. Tracy was a war buff and enjoyed learning about the history of the military. Most recently he was working as a landscaper with Southern Curb Appeal. Tracy was a member of St. Williams Catholic Church and was known as a big hearted people person who could light up a room! Tracy loved helping others and often put others before himself. He will be missed by his family and the many, many friends he made along the way.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Cloer Harrison.
Tracy is survived by his mother and stepfather, Ramona and Charles Rowell; four siblings, Destiny Grey, Charles Rowell, Jr., Sarah Cloer and Virginia Cloer and his grandfather, John Bonner.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. A service to celebrate Tracy’s life will begin at 6:00 pm in the funeral home Chapel.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for memorial contributions made to any local Food Bank or to Toys for Tots.
