A native of St. Marys, Georgia, Belinda was born to Ford and Jane Howard. She was a proud graduate of Camden County High School and the University of Georgia. Belinda dedicated 30 years of service as an IRS agent with the U.S. Treasury, earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike.
Belinda was a devoted member of Mandarin United Methodist Church and cherished her time with family and friends. She is remembered for her warmth, dedication, and love for those around her.
She is survived by her son, Cory Howard-Biddle (Tina); granddaughter, Autumn Rose Stover; sisters, Martha Strayer (Bobby), Janice Maxwell, Margie Manning (Joey), and Esther Townsend; brother, Charles Brauda (Wanda), Sister-in-law Faye Howard; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 19, at Union Church Cemetery in Wayne County, Georgia.
