God has claimed another Angel as Betty passed away peacefully at home while being comforted by her daughter.

She was a warm, hardworking, compassionate, strong woman who was loved by all that knew her. She was a Breast Cancer Survivor (July, 2019) but lost the battle to Congestive Heart Failure.

She is survived by her daughter, Candy Bentley; two brothers, Bill and Tim Briggs; five sisters, Kathy VanHoesen, Janice St. Louis, Rosemary Carter, Jackie Fox and Cheryl Palumbo; her grandchildren, Christa Blackwood, Angie Coates, Carolee Moore, Summer Moore, Tracy Hicks, Tonya Riddley (Geoffory Riddley) and a grandson; 21 great grandchildren (with one due in March) and 3 great great grandchildren.

Although she’s gone, she will never be forgotten and will be missed immensely. Per her final wishes there will be no service held. Thank-you everyone for your blessings and prayers.

My Deepest condolences to the Briggs/Bentley Families. I remember Betty Babysitting for us Kids Many years ago. Probably in the late 50's. She was more like a Friend to me as we were only 7 years apart. May God help you all get through this most difficult time. Toni (Compagnone) Gattie

Dear Betty,
We all have so many special memories that we share thats it too difficult to pick just one, from child hood to being teens to us all marrying and going our own ways in life. I'm glad I got to visit you a few months ago even if it was only for a short time it'll be with me until we meet again in heaven. You were a great big sister with a good heart I'll miss you always...love you Betty
