Betty Jo Sellers, age 64, of Hortense, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at her residence. Betty was born March 18, 1956 to Tessie Hodge Williams and Joseph Earl Williams, Sr.

Betty is survived by her husband, Eddie Sellers; son Richard (Ricky) L. Powell; daughter Kimberly R. Manning; and son Gary D. Sumner; sister Katie Nerdlinger. Mrs. Sellers is also cherished by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews and other family members.

Betty was preceded in death by mother Tessie Hodge Williams and father Joseph Earl Williams, Sr; brother Joseph Earl Williams, Jr.; sister Pat Thornsberry and sister Sue Street.

A private gathering for family and friends will be held Saturday the 20th of March 2021 at 1 p.m. location will be announced.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Diabetes Association.
