Charlotte F. Quinn, 75, of St. Simons Island, died Monday, November 17, 2014 at SGHS in Brunswick. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2PM Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens with Pastor Laurie Williams officiating. Born March 31, 1939 in Simpson, West Virginia to the late Floran E. and Audry Bly Felton, she was a homemaker and had been a resident of St. Simons Island since 1963. Mrs. Quinn was of the Methodist faith and was also active in the Parish Council of Catholic Women at St. William Catholic Church, and WELCA at St. James Lutheran Church. She was also a former volunteer at Manna House. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Wilton E. Felton, George G. Felton, and John C. Felton, and 2 sisters, Betty E. Cumpston, and Emma Lou Claudio. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Wayne Quinn, a son, James Richard Quinn, and a daughter, Barbara Bly Quinn Johnson and husband Chris, all of St. Simons Island, a sister, Peggy Bonner, of Morgantown, WV, and several nieces and nephews.
