Christine Owen Dixon

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 8, 2015 in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Bob Miller officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the service in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery. Don Dixon, Gary Allen Dixon, Henry Trey Dixon, Don A. Dixon Jr., Jeremy R. Dixon, and William (Bo) Korink will be serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Dixon was born in Samson, Alabama, but resided in Hinesville, Georgia most of her adult life. She was the daughter of the late Versie and Irene Owen. She was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother, and great grand-mother. She also took pleasure in caring and spending time with her family. She and her husband owned and operated several retail businesses. She was also a member of the Church Of Christ at Allentown.

Mrs. Dixon was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Henry M. Dixon Jr.; A brother, Lee Owen; two sisters, Helen Templeton and Deloris Owen. She is survived by her husband, Henry M. Dixon Sr.; Two sons, Don A. Dixon (Kim) and Gary G. Dixon.

Mrs. Dixon will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. However, her family will continue to cherish many fond memories.
