

Clarence C. Harbin, age 88, of Brunswick. Mr. Harbin passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Hospice of The Golden Isles. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 AM Friday, August 5, 2016 at Palmetto Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Drury officiating.
Born September 24, 1927 in Canton, Georgia to the late Arthur and Dorothy Harbin, he served in the Air Force as a Tech Sargent during the Korean Conflict Mr. Harbin was a member of 1st United Methodist Church and American Legion Post 9. He worked at J.A. Jones Shipyard in the 40’s, Brunswick Auto Parts, C & C Auto Parts and Ellis Auto Parts as a sales person. Mr. Harbin enjoyed working in his yard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Drury Harbin.
Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Harbin McKibben (Ervin) of Topeka, KS; son, Marty Harbin (Cathy) of Monticello, Ga; two sisters, Nell Erickson (Willard) and Betty Erickson (John) both Nashville, Ga; Sister in law Dot Harbin of Cumming, Ga; three stepchildren, Elaine Hinson, Johnny Cason, and Tommy Cason, three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
