Doris M. Mikell

Doris was born May 6, 1936, in Waco, Texas. She graduated from Connaly High School in 1954. As a military wife, she moved many times across the Unites States, finally settling in Brunswick, GA, in 1970, where she lived the rest of her days.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, James F. Mikell; one brother, Lawrence E. Lykins, of Waco, TX; sisters Wanda McCauley of West, TX, and Delores Witham of Chino Hills, CA; children Ron A. Mikell (Debbie) of Springfield, VA, Glenn E. Mikell (Karen) of Brunswick, GA, Anna (Kyle Adams) of Brunswick, GA; and Paul A. Mikell (SuZanne) of Brunswick, GA. Grandchildren include Lisa Bartlett (Jeff), Scott Mikell (Danielle), Jim Mikell (Iliyana), Josh Mikell (Sue), Ashley Mikell, Alisha Mikell, Michael Adams (Libby), Jennifer Adams, Stephanie Adams, Beverly Mikell, and PJ Mikell; 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
