Emma Jo Selewacz, 91, passed away on February 9, 2023 at Southeast Georgia Health System. She was a native of Bromwell, West Virginia and had been a resident of Glynn County for the past 15 years.
Emma loved knitting, reading, sports, traveling, and mostly her children and family. In her younger days she loved roller skating. She was a member of Holy Nativity church on Saint Simons Island.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Selewacz, and her two sons, Kevin Selewacz and Billy Selewacz.
Emma is survived by her daughter Debbie (Tony) Matousek of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Son, Bruce Selewacz of Saint Simons Island, Georgia; Son, Keith (Nancy) Selewacz of Fort Worth, Texas; Daughter, Cheryl (David) Cutia of Brunswick, Georgia. She has 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Nativity Church on Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
