Felicite Anne Nalls Horton

Felicite Anne Nalls Horton, 48, of St. Simons Island, GA., passed away Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 at the Hospice of the Golden Isles. A native of Saint Simons Island, GA, she was a 1986 Governor’s Honors graduate of Glynn Academy.

“Miss Te” devoted her life to teaching young children to love and ride horses. She loved all things equestrian. She enjoyed working with all kinds of horses and teaching them and her children trust and discipline through riding. She devoted her life to raising her five children and her barn full of “adopted” children both animal and human. Te was a loyal and loving friend to many. She had many different jobs, but her most well-known was owner of Final Touch Farms. May she be remembered by the fierce love she gave to all.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Hospice of the Golden Isles Gazebo, with Dr. Mike Cordle officiating.

She was preceded in death by her father Donald F. Nalls and an Uncle Thornton True.

Survivors include her daughter Felicite M. Buchan of Valdosta, GA; son A.J. Horton of Brunswick, GA; three minor children; mother and step-father Megan and Walter Caldwell of St Simons Island, GA; step-brother Chris Caldwell of St, Simons Island, GA; sister Maeia Townsend of St. Simons Island, GA; two nieces Ashley (Shae) Harper and Jessica Lopez both of Camden County GA; and several other family members.
