Lanny dedicated his life to thirty plus years of service as a project manager, sr. maintenance manager and certified industrial locksmith at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. He loved his work and the people whom he worked with.
He was an avid fisherman who knew and loved the coastal waters of the area. He cherished this time on the water with fishing buddies, brothers, and his wife. He was known for his generosity to others with his time and caring and who was also known for someone you could count on when you needed help or just a friend. His biggest passion besides fishing was being a Georgia Bull Dawg fan and cheering them on for every game.
Lanny was a graduate of Brunswick High School and always proudly stated “the first graduating class of Brunswick High” and served on the Brunswick High Pirates football and basketball teams. He continued his education in online courses in management, preventative maintenance, computer maintenance software programs and becoming a certified locksmith through ALOA.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Lois Boutaugh-Moseley and brother, Jon Moseley (Virginia); and a special circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and many lifelong friends. He will be remembered for his big heart, kindness and commitment to those he loved.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Edo Miller & Sons Chapel at 11:00 A.M.
