Lindy, Jane, Bill and Russ,
I am so sadden to read of the death of your Mother. My prayers and sympathy to all of you. Aunt Gail was a very special Aunt to me, as well, as to Gloria and Joe.
I have so many wonderful memories of your Mother, and her enthusiasm and the kindness that she had for people and for our family. She was so good to Grandma Walker and my Mother. Your Mother and your Father were very kind to my Mother and she never forgot their kindness.
I remember and think quite often of the weeks during the summer that I would spend at your house in Penn Hills and your Mother would do everything she could to make those visits so much fun and so special for me.
When I was first married to Tyke and he was stationed in Jacksonville, FL, Bryan and I were flying down to be with him. My Dad was sick and Mom was worried about how I was getting to the airport. Somehow your Mother heard about this and insisted I stay overnight at your house in Mt. Lebanon and then she made sure I was at the airport in the morning to catch my flight. It was so kind of her and such a help to myself and to my Mother.
The memories go on and on and she will always be in my heart. My prayers and sympathy to all of you. You are all very special to me and I am hurting for you and want you to know I am thinking of you and I am here if there is anything that I can do, in any way to help. Just let me know.
Love to all of you,
Joyce (Mitchell) Mottillo
