Mr. Carter was a native and lifelong resident of Brunswick. He was employed with Seaboard Construction Company and was a avid Georgia Bulldog fan.
Survivors are a daughter, Ashley Carter of Townsend, GA, a son, Harry O. Carter, III of Blackshear, GA, a step-son, Joshua Lawing of Blackshear, GA, his mother Joyce Carter of Brunswick, a granddaughter, Miley Young of Townsend, GA, a sister,
Rhonda McSpadden of Hortense, GA, a brother, Sandy Jason Carter of Brunswick.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Friday 4/9/10 in the Chapel of the Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. H. E. Wheatley officiating. Interment will follow in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be: Adam Fisher, Ronnie Keener, Harry Cater, III, Corey Carter, Jason Carter and Tyler Carter.
The family will receive friends in the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 PM Thursday 4/8/10.
