Isaac Ward Lang Jr.

father, grandfather, great grandfather entered into eternal rest on

April 25, 2013 at Peachtree Christian Hospice. The family will

receive friends at Crowell Brothers Funeral Home on Saturday, April 27

from 5 to 7 PM. Ward will be taken to Brunswick, GA for visitation on

Sunday at Edo Miller & Sons from 5 to 7 PM. Funeral services will be

held at the Waverly Methodist Church, 142 Middleton St., Waverly, GA

at 11 AM, Monday April 29. Burial will follow at Homeward Cemetery.

Ward retired from J. H. Harland Co. He was a member of Norcross First

UMC and Waverly Methodist Church, the Homosassa Fishing Club, the

Atlanta Athletic Club and a former member of The Berkeley Hills

Country Club. He loved to play golf and fish and liked to hunt. Ward

is survived by his wife of 64 years; Marian Drury Lang, children; Ward

Lang, III (Linda), Warren Scott Lang, and Donna Kee Lang (Doyle

Flanery), brother; Julian Lang, sisters, Virginia Barnes and Margaret

Mitchell (Dwayne); three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Peachtree Christian

Hospice, 3430 Duluth Park Lane, Duluth, GA 30097 and Waverly
