IV Benjamin Dixon Watkins

Survivors include his mother, Anne Hawes Watkins, St. Simons Island, GA., grandmother, Lena Hawes, Brunswick, GA., father, Ben D. Watkins, III and wife, Daphne W. Watkins, Roswell, GA, sister, Kelley Watkins, Tucker, GA., brother, Drew Watkins, Bogart, GA, and an extended family of many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Upon graduation in 1982 from the The Lovett School, Atlanta, GA., he attended the University of Georgia, and continued his education at Parsons School of Art and Design, New York City.

Mr. Watkins was a member of St. Phillips Cathedral, Atlanta, GA.

Starting his career at McMillen Design in New York City, he later opened B W Designs anchored on St. Simons Island, GA serving clients throughout the Southeast.

A private memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial gifts be made to the Hospice of The Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525.
