James (Jimmy) Otis Ward, 82, was born in Camilla, GA on November 10, 1941 and passed away in Brunswick, GA on December 15, 2023. He worked with King and Prince Seafood for more than 40 years before retiring in 2001 and greatly enjoyed boating and fishing. He was predeceased by his parents, Winget and Irene Ward; his sisters, Faye Dombroski and Nell Goodbread; and his brothers, Leroy and Donald “Buck” Ward. He is survived by his wife, Tanna Mia; his daughters, Kelly Childers and Pam Skipper; his step-children, Brandy Andersen and David Morgan; and his sister, Ada Ekstrom. He was also blessed with several grandchildren, Jimmy (Brandi), Sarah, Nolan, Ryder, Kyle, Irene, Shannon, Amber, AJ (Sophia) and Kai; great-grandchildren, Carter, Hunter, Cooper, Wicker, Tucker, Xander, Castor, Jace, Piper and Parker Rose. He also had numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. A private family service will be held.
