Jason Anthony Lusher

Jason was born on May 16, 1983, in Brunswick GA to Debra Hobby Harris and the late, David Anthony Lusher.

Jason was a graduate of Glynn Academy. He was a long time employee of Fancy Q Sushi Bar and Grill, but his most recent job was with Iguanas.

Jason loved his family with all his heart and was a loving, caring person who would help anyone. He had many friends but one special fur baby friend, Tinker, who he was blessed to have by his side for 16 years. His favorite hobby was saltwater fishing.

Jason was predeceased by his father David Anthony Lusher, St Simons Island, GA, grandparents, Leslie and Norma Lusher of Huntington, W. VA., Tommy and Lavera Hobby, Brunswick, GA., sister Jessica Harris Bloom, St Simons, Island, GA., Aunt Glory Hobby Miller and Uncle Donnie L. Hobby.

Jason is survived by his mother, Debra Hobby Harris and stepfather, Michael Harris, of St Simons Island, GA. His long time companion, Joni Crane, a nephew, Michael Harris Bloom, St Simons Island, GA. Uncles, Kirby Hobby (Sally) Fernandino Beach, FLA, Mark Hobby (Kimberly) Brunswick, GA., Terry Hobby (Carol), Brunswick, GA., Aunt, Lisa Hobby Williford (Rocky), Brunswick, GA., Uncles, Doug Harris, Reid Harris, Larry Lusher, Louie Lusher and several cousins.

A graveside service for Jason will be held Friday, August 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Palmetto West Cemetery, 3412 Ross Road, Brunswick, Georgia 31520. The grave is located on 5th Street. Bro. Tory Hobby will be officiating the services. Flowers can be sent to Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home or donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
