Jeanette R. Gale

Mrs. Gale was a native of Reidsville, GA and had been a resident of McIntosh County for the past 60 years. She was a member of the Dairen United Methodist Church and the UMW of the Church. She was a member of the Darien Senior Citizen Center and the Dorcus Society in Darien.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave L. Gale, Sr.

Survivors are three sons, Dave L. Gale, Jr. (Janice) of Darien, Kenneth Gale of Darien and Dwight Darwin Gale, Sr. of Darien, three brothers, Jerry Richardson (Vickie), Jimmy Richardson (Joann) both of Waynesboro, GA, Eddie Richardson (Catherine) of Darien, two sister Jewel Hall of Dublin, GA, and Gwen Thompson of Millen, GA, 6 grandchildren, Sherry Gale of Darien, Davey Gale, Jr., (Jennifer) of AZ, Wynn Gale (Patty) of Darien, George Darrell Gale of Darien, Norma Evel Saunders (Ricky) of Charleston, SC and Kelly Kramer (Trent) of Richmond Hill, GA, and and 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life will be held at 3 PM Sunday 9/26/10 in the Chapel of the Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Register, Rev. Rob McDaniel and Rev. Jerry Peel officiating. Interment will be held at a later date by the family.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Saturday 9/25/10 in the Funeral Home.

The family request those wishing make contributions to the Hospice of the Golden Isles or the Darien United Methodist Church.
