

Mr. Crean was a native of Brunswick and had been a resident since birth. Kevin was a former resident of Atlanta, and Savannah. Kevin was a graduate of Glynn Academy High School in 1974 and went on to graduate with a Masters Degree from the University of Georgia. Kevin was a veteran of U.S. Air Force and retired from the Georgia Air National Guard.
Kevin was former owner with father-in-law, the late Terry Healy, in Kabin-Kap, a former employee of Nalley and was the Commercial Fleet Manger with Dan Vaden in Brunswick and Savannah. Kevin was a member of the Coastal Air Handlers of Georgia and Home Builders Association.
Kevin was an active member of Rhema Community Church and beloved teacher of a Sunday school class of the Church.
Kevin was an organ donor and after his death he blessed two people with the gift of sight.
Kevin was preceded in death by a son, Mondo Crean and his father, Johnny Crean.
Survivors are his wife of 35 years, Tara Healy Crean of Brunswick, a daughter, Amanda Crean of Brunswick, a son Andrew Crean of Brunswick, two grandchildren, Dustin and Jase Underwood of Brunswick, his mother, Betty K. Crean of Brunswick, a sister, Erin Kathleen Crean of Virginia Beach, Va., four brothers, Keith Crean of Warner Robins, Ga., Kully Crean of Lawrenceville, Ga., Kelly Crean of Atlanta, Ga., and Kwenton Crean of Hinesville, Ga., and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Life service will be held at 2 O’clock Monday December 8, 2014 at Rhema Community Church with Reverend Curtis Geary officiating. Interment will be held at Chapel Park Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be: Drew Crean, Keith Crean, Kully Crean, Kelly Crean, Kwenton Crean and Morgan Crean. Honorary pallbearers will be: Reid Trawick, Randy Mason, Ricky Futch, Wain Strickland, Bob Pitchford, Scott Flax, Staff of Mayo Clinic Heart Transplant Team and Kevins Sunday School Class at Rhema Community Church.
The family will receive friends at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Sunday December 7, 2014.
