

Born February 7, 1955 in Natick, MA and raised in Massapequa, NY, Jack grew up in a large Irish-Italian family. He attended Massapequa High School where he wrestled from 1971 to 1974 (2 x third place Nassau County Champion - 1972, 1974; League Champion - 1974). He coached wrestling at Massapequa and East Meadow High Schools. Jack then officiated wrestling for over 40 years (Section 8, Section 11, and Catholic Leagues on Long Island.) Upon retiring, he officiated for Southeast Georgia Wrestling Association.
Jack was a Town of Hempstead Public Safety Officer (Executive Floor) until retiring in 2019. He moved to Georgia with his beloved wife Carol in 2019, and began working as a part-time role player at FLETC.
Jack loved people, and he was adored by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
He loved sports of all kinds (Go Pats and Sox!), whether it be watching sports or officiating.
Jack was predeceased by his son, Thomas John Fiorvanti ("TJ"); his parents Rudolph and Irene Fiorvanti; and brothers Rudy Fiorvanti and Gerald Fiorvanti, along with numerous aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Kenngott-Fiorvanti; daughter Kelly Gulliksen (Brendan); step-children Kerri Hewitt (Robert), Douglas Kenngott, and Kate Kenngott; grandchildren Cassidy and Erik Gulliksen, Robert and Joseph Hewitt, and Kane Kenngott; brothers Edward Fiorvanti (Janice), Thomas Fiorvanti (Kammy); sister Mary Carman, in addition to cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and colleagues.
A service to celebrate Jack's life will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. A reception for friends and family will follow the service.
