I was very saddened to learn of Jack's death. I first met Jack last May via email when he requested financial assistance from our Foundation, www.shannonmosherfoundation.org, and it was our honor and privilege to provide him some relief during a rather difficult time in his life. We corresponded often and Jack visited my wife, Teresa, and I during our vacation to St. Simons Island in September. It was a blessing to meet Jack and to talk with him for a couple of hours. Jack revealed such a gentle spirit while dealing with so many trials, which was a testament to his faith in the Lord and the resulting grace in his life.

To the family - I was saddened to hear of Jack's passing. He was a real good man and did much to brighten other people's lives, despite the difficult sickness he courageously battled for so long. I will always remember his humor and friendly nature, and his kindness and compassion towards others. May you be comforted by God's grace and love during this time. -- Brad Dinkins
