John Marques Keeney

John Marques Keeney, 75, of Brunswick, Ga, passed away on October 24th, 2025, at home. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Northside Baptist Church in Darien with Pastor Mike Lynn officiating.

John was born November 5th, 1949, in Okinawa, Japan to parents John B. Keeney & Donnelle Atkins.

John enlisted in the United States Army on November 23, 1966. He served for 3 years during the Vietnam War.

John married Teri Zorn on May 13th, 2016, He owned the All-American Barber Shop and worked as a barber for over 50 years.

John enjoyed listening to records, painting, computer games, fishing, camping, cooking, collecting, and watching movies. He was funny, silly, creative, and free-spirited.

John is survived by his wife, Teri, his two daughters, Lillianna & Vittoria Keeney, stepdaughter Misti Loder, and stepson Ryan Loder, his grandchildren Kati & Emeri Zeigler, William, Arabella, Gabriel & Ian Loder. He is also survived by his sister Kim Dozier, and brother Burt Keeney.
